We have been retained to recruit a HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT to develop and grow the business on the solid foundation and international blue chip customer base already in place. This persons main responsibilities will include;

  • Business development with new and existing customers
  • Account management of key customers
  • Negotiation and management of all commercial and contractual aspects
  • Management of customer services function

He/She will be a member of the senior leadership team in Ireland and will report to the Vice President of Sales in the USA.

We are interested in talking with existing Business Development / Commercial / Sales managers who have a third level business or technical qualification with experience in the key areas of responsibilities outlined above.  In addition those interested should have a progressive career track record in the Healthcare/Regulated markets ideally in plastics / injection molding.  Applicants must also have the ability to understand the company’s technical capabilities and customers key requirements. Experience of quotations and pricing is important.  Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
